These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mustang Ventures LLC website and the services we provide. By requesting a quote or booking service, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & Estimates

Our instant calculator produces an estimate based on the details you enter. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your property. Specifically:

• Final price may vary after confirmation.
• Exterior window washing only.
• Hard water / mineral stain removal may be quoted separately.
• Weather may affect scheduling.
• A $175 minimum service charge applies to all jobs.

Scheduling & Access

• Submitting a request reserves your preferred days and time window, not a confirmed appointment. We contact you to confirm the final date and time.
• You agree to provide safe access to the exterior areas being serviced.
• We ask that vehicles, fragile items, and pets be cleared from work areas beforehand.
• Weather may require rescheduling; we will always coordinate a new time with you.

Payment

You never pay upfront. Payment is due after the job is complete, via the secure online payment link we send you. Customers on recurring plans (quarterly, every 4 months, or semi-annual) may be set up with monthly billing.

Satisfaction

If any serviced area does not meet our standard, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to make it right at no additional charge.
